Refund policy

We want you to love your Sapenice. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

1. Returns window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by any tags or labels that arrived with the order. Final-sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

2. How to start a return

  • Email support@sapenice.com with your order number and reason for return
  • We will issue a return authorization and send you the return address
  • Ship the item back using a trackable service within 7 days of receiving authorization

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional processing time may apply.

4. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange for a different country edition or model, request a return and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get your replacement faster.

5. Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@sapenice.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

6. Lost or stolen packages

All orders ship with tracking. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Email us at hello@sapenice.com as soon as possible. After shipment, the standard return process applies.

8. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction.
