We ship all Sapenice orders directly from our fulfillment location in the United States. Every order is packed by our team and shipped with a tracking number.
1. Shipping destinations
We currently ship to the United States and Haiti only. We do not ship to other countries at this time.
2. Processing time
Orders are packed and ready to ship within 2–4 business days of order placement. During major drops or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
3. Delivery estimates
- United States — 3–7 business days after shipment
- Haiti — delivery timing is confirmed by email after payment and fulfillment review
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays and other events outside our control may affect delivery times.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders — the threshold is shown at checkout.
5. Duties and taxes
US orders: applicable state and local taxes are calculated at checkout. Haiti orders may be subject to carrier, customs, or local delivery fees depending on the destination and shipping method.
6. Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also track your order at sapenice.com/track. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of order confirmation, please contact support@sapenice.com.
7. Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Sapenice is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned due to an invalid address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
