Welcome to Sapenice. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sapenice website and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Sapenice LLC ("Sapenice", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from Sapenice. By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
2. Our shop
Sapenice is a direct-to-consumer online shop. We act as the merchant of record for all transactions processed through this website. We pack and ship all orders ourselves from our fulfillment location in the United States. We currently ship to the United States and Haiti only.
3. Orders, pricing, and payment
All prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Sapenice reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment issues, or stock unavailability. Current checkout uses Stripe card payment; by placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and delivery information.
4. Shipping and delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for details. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Items must be unworn and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Sapenice website — including the Sapenice name, logo, designs, photography, text, and software — is the property of Sapenice LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any Sapenice content without prior written consent.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems

9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sapenice's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Sapenice in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100. Sapenice will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sapenice LLC and its officers, directors, and employees from any claim, loss, or damage arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services in violation of applicable law.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless prohibited by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
