Sapenice is a direct-to-consumer online shop. We act as the merchant of record for transactions processed through this website and currently ship orders within the United States only.
Orders, pricing, and payment
All prices are displayed in USD. Checkout is handled through Stripe, and Sapenice does not store card numbers. We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment issues, or stock unavailability.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. See the Shipping Policy for current delivery details.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Items must be unworn and in original packaging to be eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
